‘Allyson’s coaching is relaxed yet accountable. Not only did she keep the sessions on track towards what I wanted to achieve, but she also held me accountable between sessions. She held good space and allowed me plenty of room to do the thinking I needed to do.
Allyson was the first coach I had after coming back to work after maternity leave. She helped me reassess where I was at and the changes in my life and I then began adapting my behaviour and expectations to my new circumstances.
